biodiversity park. In addition, the NOI Techpark, with its focus on innovation and progress, is located directly opposite. 
Its proximity to the mobility hub (train and bus station) ensures excellent accessibility for users and visitors alike.
Its location along the Via Europa and Via Enrico Fermi axis fits perfectly into the overall concept and contributes
