Having an efficient organization and management system as per the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949 and DIN EN ISO 14001 alone is not enough to meet our customers' expectations.
Quality is not only a part each of our employees' daily life, but also that of our business partners and suppliers, who make up part of our Quality system. The zero-error principle is our highest precept!
To ensure product quality, the company runs a large, high-tech test laboratory with specialist staff. Over an area of some 700 m², a series of climate chambers and test devices are available to cover even the most unusual customer requirements. For example, products are subjected to thermal cycles of -70°C to above 180°C in the original installation space and with simulation of operating conditions in the vehicle. Mechanical loads which could lead to fatigue are also simulated; a high-power shaker rig and the latest generation electrodynamic pull-push machine are used for this purpose.
The name "Intercable" stands for Quality
Whether we are designing or producing safe tools or plastic and metal technical parts, we always take into account the customer's specifications, applicable legal regulations and standards, and also keep an eye on the sustainability of our actions and prevention of environmental impact.
