Intercable Immo has the function of ensuring the provision of necessary infrastructures, real estate and related services for the companies of Intercable.


Intercable Immo, part of the Intercable group, is responsible for ensuring the provision and maintenance of necessary infrastructures and related services for the companies belonging to the Intercable group. Our goal is to create and optimal environment for the smooth and efficient conduct of business activities.

An essential part of our company is the company restaurant "Intermezzo" and its team of 10 people. Culinary masterpieces are created here every day - all employees of the Intercable group of companies can look forward to fresh and healthy meals.

The produce for our meals is sourced locally and sustainably to ensure that we not only provide high quality meals, but also do so in an environmentally friendly way. Our aim is to not only pamper the palates of our employees, but also to make a positive contribution to the environment and everyone's health.

Facility Management


Our core competence lies in facility management - this includes the care and maintenance of all properties owned by the Intercable group, including the headquarters building in Bruneck and its productive areas in the "Interpark" building complex as well as other properties.

In addition to the provision of electricity, water and internet, we attach great importance to ensuring that the working environment is not only clean, but also equipped with suitable furniture that meets the needs of the employees. A pleasant room temperature is just as important as ensuring sufficient light and air circulation.



Promoting sustainability is one of the most important goals for Intercable Immo. It is our responsibility to meet the Intercable group's aspirations - this includes continuously monitoring water quality and consumption, ensuring reliable waste management and providing electricity that is 100% sourced from green sources.

We support the Intercable group and its employees in concrete ways, for example by maintaining a 300 kWp photovoltaic system and providing charging stations for guests and employees who drive an electric car.

Leave the A22 at the exit Bressanone / Val Pusteria and take the SS49. Pass the town entrance of San Lorenzo and turn half right into the SP12. After 136m you leave the SP12 and follow the Via Brunico for about 1 km. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit towards Falzes (SP40) and follow the road for 1 km.

At the roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Anello Nord (SP97). Follow the road for 305 m, then turn left into Via dei Campi della Rienza. Take the second exit on the right and you have reached your destination.
